How does this work?

1. RSVP at this event invitation:

2. Purchase 5 Ball Jars. Bring 5 wide-mouth mason jars - pint size for single, quarts for double. (Find mason jars at your grocery store, Walmart, Target)

3. Sign Up to bring ingredients for all attendees at:

4. Prepare your ingredients for easy assembly at the event. Bring 4-6 cups of 2 different ingredients, preferably organic, already prepared (cooked if necessary, chopped and ready to dish out). Frozen or fresh vegetables preferred over canned.

We will set it up pot luck style for assembly. Please sign up at "Volunteer!" or "What Will You Bring?" for your ingredients. We will have 5 different salads to build or you can build your own based on what is brought. We will all go home with a boat-load of nutrient-dense, easy-peezy salads for a week, yippee! The more the merrier, share this link with your friends!
